Risk management in the organization focused on the broader concept of risk management in the central governmental bodies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na management rizika se širším zaměřením na konkrétní organizaci ústřední státní správy, kterou představuje Ministerstvo vnitra. Zabývá se definováním základních pojmů řízení rizik, jejich typy a metodologií, příklady praktického využití a vlastní aplikací v případě vybraného typu rizika, kterým je riziko korupční. Prostor je tudíž věnován i rozvedení a vysvětlení problematiky boje proti korupci v rámci veřejné správy. Analytická část práce uvádí a shrnuje vlastní příklady praktické aplikace řízení korupčních rizik ve státní správě a blíže na Ministerstvu vnitra, jejich vyhodnocování a zvolené postupy řešení. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení dalších možných postupů a přístupů k problematice a úvahu nad efektivností nastaveného protikorupčního řešení.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on risk management with a broader focus on the particular organization of the central state administration represented by the Ministry of the Interior. It deals with the definition of basic concepts of risk management, their types and methodologies, examples of practical use and its application in the case of a selected type of corruption risk. Therefore, there is also passage devoted to the elaboration and explanation of the issue of the fight against corruption in connection with public administration. The analytical part of the thesis presents and summarizes tangible examples of practical application of corruption risk management in the state administration - again in more detail at the Ministry of the Interior, their evaluation and selected solutions. The conclusion of the thesis contains recommendations for other possible methods and approaches to the issue and consideration of the effectiveness of the presented anti-corruption solution.
