Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení informační bezpečnosti a prací s utajovanými informacemi. Cíl práce je zaměřen na analýzu a komparaci různých přístupů k informační bezpečnosti a návrh opatření, která by mohla zvýšit jejich efektivitu. Úvodní část je věnována vymezení základních pojmů, prostředků a procesů v oblasti informační bezpečnosti se zaměřením na Českou republiku, což přispívá k lepšímu pochopení následující části diplomové práce. V další části práce jsou popsány informace získané z uskutečněných rozhovorů s odborníky z oblasti řízení informační bezpečnosti ze dvou organizací. Vyhodnocené slabé stránky jsou dále podrobněji analyzovány. Následuje komparace přístupů organizací k samotnému systému managementu bezpečnosti informací a v návaznosti na identifikovaná rizika v organizacích jsou navržena vhodná opatření pro zlepšení bezpečnosti informací a možnosti jejich implementace.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of information security management and handling of classified information. The aim of the work is to analyze and compare different approaches to information security and propose measures that could increase their effectiveness. The introductory part is dedicated to defining basic concepts, means, and processes in the field of information security with a focus on the Czech Republic, which contributes to a better understanding of the following part of the thesis. The next part of the thesis describes the information obtained from interviews with experts in the field of information security management from two organizations. The evaluated weaknesses are further analyzed in more detail. The following is a comparison of organizations' approaches to the information security management system itself, and following the identified risks in organizations, appropriate measures are proposed to improve information security and the possibility of their implementation.
