System for planning and managing human resources for organization mass event

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na kompletní realizaci projektu vytváření nového pracovního softwaru pro zadavatele, který se příliš v oblasti informačních technologií nepohybuje. Za jedno z krizových míst je považována správná definice funkčních postupů používaných zadavatelem. Práce se detailně zabývá všemi kroky průběhu projektu, od modelování funkčnosti, požadavky, analýzu a design, implementaci a nakonec nasazení a otestování. Zejména v prvních fázích projektu a poté při závěrečném testování bylo využíváno úzké komunikace se zadavatelem, kdy bylo nutné konzultačně řešit definice požadavků a nejasnosti některých funkčních postupů. Vybrané technologie pro realizaci a implementaci projektu byly vybrány pod akademickým vedením s využitím konzultací a odborných rad akademických pracovníků a vedoucího práce. Byly zvoleny moderní technologie včetně některých nezvyklých řešení, které ale přesně vystihovaly požadavky zadavatele. V závěrečné fázi projektu bylo provedeno testování funkčnosti a vyhodnocení úspěšnosti projektu, opět ve spolupráci se zadavatelskou agenturou.

Abstract:

Thesis is based on complete realization project creating new software for client who is not involved in new trends in Information Technology. As one of critical issue is consider correct definition business process used in clients methodic. Thesis is detail describing all steps in project progress, from business modeling, requirements, analysis and design, implementation and for end deployment and testing. Especially in beginning of project and also for finish testing has been use close communication with client. It was necessary by meeting and physics consultation solve it definition of requirements and some not clear points in business processes. Selected technologies for realization and implementation have been chosen under academic leading with communication and advices from academics and thesis leader. It has been chosen modern technologies including some not usual solution which perfectly matched client?s requirement. For finally phases of project has been performed testing of functional and final evaluation success rate again with cooperation with client.
