Abstract:
Bakalářská práce definuje základní pojmy, analyzuje právní úpravu finanční kontroly ve veřejné správě, popisuje historii, která současný stav ovlivnila a popisuje právní rámec veřejnosprávní kontroly, přípravu kontrolní činnosti a další kontrolní postupy související s výkonem veřejnosprávní kontroly.
Abstract:
This bachelor paper defines the basic conception of the public administration control. It analyses the legal regulations of the financial control in the area of the public administration. In the bachelor paper is describe the history influencing this status quo, the legal framework of the public administration control and the check activity preparation.
