The Role of the Czech Police in the Cases of Domestic Violence
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá domácím násilí z policejního úhlu pohledu. Popisuje příslušnou právní legislativu její vývoj a implikaci pro Policii ČR, zapojení Policie ČR do interdisciplinární spolupráce. Nakonec jsou na příkladu tří měst ukázány možné policejní přístupy k domácímu násilí.
Abstract:
This paper is describing Domestic violence in Czech republic from Police perspective. In its first part, it aims on legislative development, that has connection to both Police and Domestic violence. Engagement of Czech police in interdisciplinary cooperation is also further examined.
