Regulation of emotions in demanding situations at firefighter profession

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ? Regulace emocí v náročných situacích u záchranářů HZS? se zabývá náročnými situacemi, jejich taxonomií, zvládáním těchto situací a také odolností. Pro ucelenost a komplexnost, obsahuje tato práce také kapitoly věnující se emocím, fenomenologií emocí a emoční regulací. V další části práce se věnuji tématu hasiče, historie hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, základním posláním, organizaci HZS ČR a psychologickou službou. Součástí je i část empirická, která se věnuje otázce, jak hasiči regulují své emoce v náročných situacích.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis called "Regulation of emotions in demanding situations at firefighter profession."deals with difficult situations, its taxonomy, overcoming these situations, and also with resistance to them. Chapters devoted to emotions, phenomenology of emotions, and emotional regulation were included to this thesis due to its compactness and complexity. The next section of the thesis focuses on firefighters, the history of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, its primary mission, the organization of FRS CR and psychological services. There is also an empirical part that deals with the question how firefighters regulate their emotions in difficult situations.
