The development of the vampire in the German literature of the 18th and 19th century
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of the vampire´s character in some selected German books from the 18th and 19th century. The thesis is composed of two parts. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the vampire´s myth and its discovery in the world and German literature. The practical part analyses the vampire´s character on the basis of the selected books.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem postavy upíra ve vybraných dílech německy psané literatury 18. a 19. století. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán historický vývoj upírského mýtu a jeho objevení ve světové a německy psané literatuře. V praktické části je analyzována na základě vybraných literárních děl postava upíra.
