Legal and Economic Aspects of Financing Health Service Provider in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá právními a ekonomickými aspekty financování zvoleného poskytovatele zdravotních služeb. V úvodní kapitole jsou vymezeny pojmy poskytovatel a financování. V dalších kapitolách teoretické části je zpracována právní úprava financování a také problematika finanční analýzy. V praktické části je analyzováno financování Fakultní nemocnice Brno a také zhodnoceny dotace poskytnuté z Evropského fondu regionálního rozvoje. V závěru textu diplomové práce jsou představeny návrhy de lege ferenda týkající se právní formy fakultních nemocnic v souvislosti s jejich financováním. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat právní úpravu financování poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb, posoudit její soulad s ekonomickými aspekty a dodržování obojího v praxi. V této práci jsou použity metody deskripce, analýzy a syntézy, literární rešerše a komparace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with legal and economical aspects of financing of chosen health service provider.In the first chapter, the terms health service provider and financing are defined. The following chapters of the theoretical part describe the legal regulation of financing and the problems of financial analysis. The practical part analyses financing of Universal hospital Brno and evaluates the subsidies from European regional development fund. In the end of the thesis, the thesis creates the motions de lege ferenda about the future legal form of University hospitals. The aim of the thesis is to map of the legal regulation of financing of health service providers and consider its conformity with economical aspects and its keeping in professional experience. The methods used in this thesis are method of description, analysis and synthesis, literary research and comparation.
