The analysis of the revitalization the castle Větruše and its impact on the surroundings

Abstract:

Filmový turismus je relativně novým druhem cestovního roku. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na definici, historii a druhy filmového turismu v České republice a v zahraničí. Na základě kvalitativního výzkumu se zjišťuje využití potenciálu pro filmový turismus ve třech destinacích, které se pojí s filmovou tvorbou Zdeňka Svěráka. V závěru práce jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, komparace destinací a doporučení autorky v rámci filmového turismu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis analyses the revitalization of the castle Větruše and its impact on its surroundings. Theory is focused on the definition of a cultural centre and its role in public infrastructure. It also describes the issues of brownfields and in the practical part its follows-up by analysis of brownfields in Ústecký kraj. Within the multiplier effect on renewed cultural centre was built here Větruše lift, hotel annex or trail . The description of newly constructed buildings around Větruše and their impact on traffic to the area is a part of the practical part. At the very end there is a comparison of the castle Větruše and the House of Culture town of Ústí nad Labem.
