Lexical means of the advertisements language

Abstract:

Práce popisuje lexikální stránku tištěných reklamních textů a televizní reklamy na základě funkčních stylů a na základě os spisovnost ? nespisovnost a hovorovost ? neutrálnost ? knižnost. Zabývá se útvary národního jazyka, vrstvami slov podle slohových a časových příznaků, slovním významem, slovotvorbou, vztahy slov ve slovní zásobě, frazeologií a dalšími. Pozornost je věnována i širším souvislostem, které ovlivňují lexikum reklamního stylu, jako je společenská situace, cílová skupina a další.

Abstract:

This thesis describes the lexical aspect of printed advertising leaflets and television advertisments on the basis of the functional styles and also on the basis of the lines formality ? informality and colloquiality ? neutrality ? literariness. It deals with the units of the national language, the overlays of words according to its stylistic and temporal marks, the word meaning, the word-formation, the relations of the words in vocabulary, the phraseology and others. This thesis is also aimed on the wider context, which influence the vocabulary of an advertising style, such as social situation, target group and others.
