Tato práce má za cíl prozkoumat dopady automatizace na český pracovní trh se za-měřením na genderové rozdíly. V teoretické části je analyzován historický vývoj ženské práce a proměna jejich pracovní pozice. This bachelor theses aims to examine the impact of automation on the Czech labour market with a focus on gender differences. In the theoretical part is analyzed the historical development of women's work and the transformation of their work position.
