Diplomová práce je zaměřena na přípravu histonových extraktů pro charakterizaci posttranslačních modifikací. Při nejčastěji používané metodě pro izolaci histonů může údajně docházet ke ztrátě modifikací labilních v kyselém prostředí – fosforylacím. Diploma thesis is focused on preparation of histone extracts for the characterization of post-translational modifications. Reportedly, acid labile modifications, in particular phosphorylation, can be lost during the most commonly used method for the histone isolation.
