Diplomová práce se zabývá klimatem školních tříd a klimatem škol a jejich porovnáváním mezi venkovskou a městskou školou. Teoretická část je věnována vymezením pojmům klima školy, poté klima školní třídy, jeho spolutvůrci a možnosti ovlivňování. The diploma thesis deals with the climate of school classes and schools and also with comparison of climates in rural and urban schools. In the theoretical part, we define the terms climate of the school, school classes, its co-creators and possibilities of influence.
