Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměří na tématiku personální činnosti ve veřejné správě. Pomocí zahraniční a tuzemské rešerše odborné literatury zhodnotí dosavadní stav personálního managementu, včetně vysvětlení pojmů. Poté se v práci provede dotazníkové šetření, kde budou osloveni pracovníci městského úřadu Prahy 3 a Prahy 4, kde se na základě výsledků z šetření provede následné vyhodnocení získaných poznatků …more
