The proposal of long-term unemployment in the region Šluknovský výběžek

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji, konkrétně v rámci obcí s rozšířenou působností Rumburk a Varnsdorf. Cílem práce je najít vhodné řešení dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v dané oblasti Ústeckého kraje. Zjišťovat se budou též možné formy spolupráce mezi nezaměstnanými a příslušnými Úřady práce, municipalitami, místními firmami a dalšími zúčastněnými institucemi. Dílčím cílem práce je ověřit, zda rekvalifikace a alokace dotací jsou účelné. Získaná data budou statisticky zpracována, k vyhodnocení bude použita metoda regrese. Dalšími použitými metodami budou literární rešerše, komparace a syntéza. Za pomoci dostupných informací, především z Úřadu práce, se budou hledat příčiny dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti v tomto regionu a dále se budou hledat možná řešení této situace. Výsledky práce budou porovnány se situací v Pardubickém kraji z toho důvodu, že jsou tyto regiony odlišné, a to nejen v socioekonomických faktorech, ale také z geografického hlediska.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of long-term unemployment in the Ústí nad Labem region, specifically in the municipalities with extended powers Rumburk and Varnsdorf. The aim of the work is to find a suitable solution for long-term unemployment in the given area of the Ústí nad Labem region. Possible forms of cooperation between the unemployed and the relevant Labor Offices, municipalities, local companies and other participating institutions will also be explored. The partial goal of the thesis is to verify whether retraining and allocation of subsidies are effective. The obtained data will be statistically processed, the regression method will be used for evaluation. Other methods used will be literature search, comparison and synthesis. With the help of available information, especially from the Labor Office, the causes of long-term unemployment in this region will be sought and possible solutions to this situation will be sought. The results of the work will be compared with the situation in the Pardubice region due to the fact that these regions are different, not only in socio-economic factors, but also in geographical terms.
