Tato diplomová se zabývá postojem pomáhajících pracovníků k posilování resilience dětí předškolního věku vyrůstajících v dětských domovech rodinného typu. Pro zodpovězení této otázky byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum. This thesis deals with the helping workers´ attitude towards the resiliency of children at the pre-school age growing up in pro-family institutions.
