Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá praktickou profesní přípravou v didaktice matematiky pro budoucí učitele, přesněji řečeno studenty učitelství pro 1. stupeň ZŠ. Vzhledem k inovovaným organizačním podmínkám profesních praxí práce přináší návrhy na změny praktické učitelské přípravy a následně přispívá ke kvantitativním posunům přístupu učitele a studenta k vyučování matematice. Výzkum se zaměřuje na reflexe učitelů, kteří se se studenty v rámci praxí setkávají. Metodou rozhovorů a jejich analýzou jsou zpracovány zkušenosti, osobní postoje a očekávání učitelů, které jsou zohledněny v návrzích na změny v novém modelu praktické učitelské přípravy na Pedagogické fakultě Ostravské univerzity.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the practical pedagogical training in didactics of mathematics for future teachers, more precisely the students of primary school. Due to innovation in organizational conditions of professional practice, the diploma brings suggestions for changes in practical pedagogical training and also contributes to the quantitative changes in teacher's and student's access to teaching mathematics. Research focuses on the reflection of teachers who meet students in practice. The method of interviews and their analysis are based on experiences, personal attitudes and expectations of teachers, which are taken into account in the suggestions for changes in the new model of practical pedagogical training at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the University of Ostrava.
