Témou diplomovej práce je „Starnutie obyvateľstva a penzijné reformy“. V úvode práce je oboznámenie sa s dôsledkami starnutia obyvateľstva a jeho vplyv na systém dôchodkového zabezpečenia. Tento problém sa dotýka hlavne mladej generácie, ktorej budúcnosť (dôchodkové zabezpečenie) je ohrozená.
