Přínosy a rizika rušení železničních tratí v ČR

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá důvody rušení regionálních železničních tratí. Ne jen u nás, ale i v celé Evropě je řada tratí místního charakteru, které slouží jen pro dopravní obsluhu. Současný trend je na tyto tratě pohlížet jako na nerentabilní. Veřejnou hromadnou dopravu je však nutné brát jako komplex vzájemně ovlivňovaný proudem cestujících ze strany jedné a nabídkou spojů ze strany druhé. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní železniční pojmy, popis historie železniční dopravy s rozborem rušených tratí v průběhu dvou staletí na české železniční síti. V aplikační části bakalářské práce je u zvolené konkrétní trati zpracovaná její historie a popis. Obsahem je charakteristika regionu a zmapování dopravní obslužnosti. Postupně sebraná data byla podkladem k vytvoření SWOT analýzy, která přehledně zohledňuje přínosy a rizika rušení železničních tratí. Důležitou částí práce je dotazníkový průzkum, který umožnil získat úplnost informací mezi obyvateli dotčeného regionu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the reasons for cancelling of regional railways. Not just here, but throughout Europe, there is a number of lines of local character that are used for shipping services only. The current trend is to consider these lines as unprofitable. Public transport, however, is to be taken as a complex interaction of a stream of passengers on one side and an offer of connections on the other side. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part provides the basic concepts of the railway, a description of the history of rail transport with the analysis of cancelled lines over two centuries on the Czech rail network. In the practical part of the thesis, for the chosen particular line its history and description is processed. It contains the characteristics of the region and the mapping of transport services. Gradually collected data were the basis for the creation of a SWOT analysis, which clearly reflects the benefits and risks of cancelling of particular lines. An important part of the thesis is a questionnaire survey, which allowed obtaining a completeness of information among inhabitants of the given region.
