Srovnání metody kruhového tréninku s klasickým tréninkem na ergometru u pacientů po infarktu myokardu: vývoj parametrů transportního systému

Abstract:
Zhodnotily jsme změnu základních parametrů transportního systému před a po dvanáctitýdenním ambulantním řízeném tréninku u osob po infarkru myokardu. Srovnávali jsme dva typy tréninku, a to kruhový, neboli cirkulující a kontinuální. Cirkulující trénink provádělo 8 osob. V průběhu tréninkové jednotky střídali pacienti ergometr, běhátko a veslařský trenažér. Změny jejich parametrů byly, s výjimkou Wmax …more
Abstract:
The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of a two different types of cardiovascular aerobic training in patients after heart stroke and compare diferencies in changes of paremeters of circulation system.
