Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mediací s následným zaměřením na mediaci v trestním právu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. This thesis deals with the issue of mediation with a focus on mediation in criminal law. The thesis comprises a theoretical and a practical part as well.
