Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interpersonálními vztahy ve firmě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Začíná částí teoretickou, na začátku bude rozebráno téma komunikace. Dalším tématem budou interpersonální vztahy jako obecné téma. Posledním tématem budou interpersonální vztahy v podniku, což bude hlavní téma této bakalářské práce. Zpočátku zde bude záměr na manažera v pracovních vztazích, řízení pracovního výkonu a loajalitu zaměstnanců. Hovořit se bude také o různých typech vztahů mezi spolupracovníky, o konfliktech a šikaně na pracovišti. Také o řešení tohoto druhu šikany.Dále se již bude řešit praktická část práce. Bude představena firma, kde proběhl výzkum formou dotazníku, který se týkal vztahů mezi spolupracovníky ve vybrané firmě. Na začátku praktické části práce bude představen dotazník, jako metoda výzkumu obecně, následovat bude přestavení vybrané společnosti pro tento výzkum. Identifikace příčin negativních jevů, vyhodnocení výsledků a návrh na zlepšení interpersonálních vztahů a komunikace mezi pracovníky.

Abstract:

This bachalor thesis deals with the interpersonal relationships in the company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Begins with the theoretical where at the beginning will be discussed as communication. Another topic will be interpersonal relationships as a general topic. The last topic will interpersonal relationships in the company, which will be the main topic. There will initially focus on the role of manager of labor relations, performance management and employee loyalty. We will also talk about the different types of relationships among colleagues, about the conflicts and bullying in the workplace. We will deal with the solution of this type of bullying.Then we will solve the practical part. Where will be presented to the company where the research was carried out using a questionnaire, which concerned the relationships among colleagues in the selected company. At the beginning of the practical part will be presented with a questionnaire as a method of research in general, followed by the adjustment of the selected company for this research. Identifying the causes of negative phenomena, evaluation and proposal on improving relationships and communication among employees.
