Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Systém vzdělávání a služební přípravy Policie ČR“ si klade za cíl charakterizovat systém vzdělávání a služební přípravy Police ČR, a prostřednictvím dotazníku zjistit názory policistů na danou problematiku, zejména vnímání služební přípravy. Práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na pojem a strukturu policie, na úkoly a povinnosti policisty, na služební přípravu zejména její charakteristiku, zajištění, zabezpečení a organizaci, dále rozdělení do jednotlivých skupin dle základních úkolů a další vzdělávání a zahraniční spolupráci. Empirická část je realizovaná na základě anonymního dotazníku s kvantitativním přístupem, kde je stanoven cíl výzkumu, výběrový soubor a struktura dotazníku.

Abstract:

The thesis titled "System of education and professional training of the Police of the Czech Republic." aims to characterize the system of education and professional training of the Police of the Czech Republic, and through a questionnaire to determine the opinions of policemen on the given topic, especially the perception of professional training. The thesis consists of two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the concept and structure of the police, tasks and duties of the policeman, professional training especially its characteristics, provision, security and organization, further divided into different groups according to their basic tasks and further education and international cooperation. The empirical part is implemented on the basis of an anonymous questionnaire with quantitative approach, where the research objective, sample and the structure of the questionnaire are set.
