Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozdílností mezd mužů a žen na trhu práce. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat rozdíl mezd mužů a žen v České republice a určit faktory, které ovlivňují postavení mužů a žen na trhu práce. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of gender pay gaps in the labor market. The main goal of the thesis was to analyze differences in wages of men and women in the Czech Republic and to determine the factors that affect the position of men and women in the labor market.
