Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám několika tématy, která zahrnují: krizové situace, stres a posttraumatickou stresovou poruchu (jako možný důsledek stresu). V práci jsou popsány i služby intervenčního týmu, který se zabývá psychologickou pomocí policistů. Mým cílem bylo zjistit, zda jsou policisté dostatečně informováni o možnostech využití psychologických služeb zaměstnavatele. Dále jsem se zaměřil na četnost stresu u policistů v přímém výkonu služby. Poslední průzkumná otázka, která vedla k dosažení cíle mé práce, se týkala zjištění, zda jsou policisté přesvědčení, že se jich posttraumatická stresová porucha netýká. Informace byly zjišťovány prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníku. Díky dosaženým výsledkům, které byly prostřednictvím dotazníku zjištěny, jsem získal dostatečné množství kvalifikovaných informací. Tato skutečnost mi pomohla do zpracovávané problematiky snáze nahlédnout.

Abstract:

In its bachelor thesis deals with several topics. If we should split them, it's a crisis situations, which is linked with stress and the (possible effect of) post-traumatic stress disorder. The thesis describes the services of intervention team, which is engadeg in psychological police. My goal was to determine whether are the officers reasonably informed about possibilities of using psychological services for employer. I also focused on the frequency of stress of police officers in action. Last exploratory question that has led to the goal of my work inquires for whether the police believe that they have not post-traumatic stress disorder. Information was collected through an anonymous questionnaire. Thanks to the results, which were clarified by the questionnaire, I have collected enough qualified information. The results helped me to have a better look on this issue.
