Entering a new foreign market of the Roivenue company

Abstract:

Práce je věnována problematice vstupu vybrané firmy (technologický startup Roivenue) na zahraniční trh. Jejím hlavním cílem je vybrat perspektivní zahraniční trh, na kterém by mohla úspěšně působit. Výběr je založen na výsledcích strategické analýzy trhů tří skandinávských zemí (Norska, Dánska a Švédska) a vychází z posouzení strategického postavení podniku vůči těmto třem trhům. Dílčím cílem je kvantifikovat příležitosti a hrozby na vybraných trzích (např. zhodnocením významu a pravděpodobnosti výskytu daných faktorů v prostředí). Vedlejším cílem je navrhnout doporučení pro strategii vstupu firmy na zvolený trh.

Abstract:

The work is devoted to the problem of the entry of the selected company (technological startup Roivenue) into the foreign market. The main goal of the work is to select a perspective foreign market for the entry of the startup Roivenue. The selection is based on the results of a strategic analysis of three Scandinavian countries (Norway, Denmark, Sweden) and is based on an assessment of the company's strategic position towards these three markets. A partial goal is to quantify opportunities and threats in these markets (e.g. to help assess the importance and probability of occurrence of given factors in the environment). A secondary goal is the proposal of recommendations for the company's strategy for entering the chosen market.
