The employees` benefits in S MORAVA Leasing, Inc.
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se budu zabývat analýzou zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti S MORAVA Leasing, a.s. V první části této práce přiblížím teoretické znalosti, které jsou zaměřeny k dané problematice. Cílem této práce je navrhnout managementu podniku zlepšení zaměstnaneckých výhod a z toho plynoucích vyšších pracovních výkonů jednotlivých zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
In this thesis I will deal with the analysis of fringe benefits in the company S Morava Leasing, Inc. In the first part of this work I present theoretical knowledge that is focused on this issue. The aim of this diploma work is to propose an improvement of employee benefits to the management of the company resulting in higher job performance of individual employees.
