Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou organizace. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout doporučení, směřující ke změně firemní kultury a tím i k vyšší výkonnosti mezinárodní farmaceutické firmy Amgen s.r.o. V teoretické části je popsána firemní kultura z obecného hlediska, objasněny jsou základní pojmy a hlavní komponenty kultury firmy. V praktické části je analyzována firemní kultura organizace. Na základě vlastního průzkumu jsou odhaleny nedostatky ve firemní kultuře, na které jsou navržena doporučení ke zlepšení stávající firemní kultury.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the corporate culture of a company. The aim of this work is to propose recommendations on how to change corporate culture and thereby to higher performance of the international pharmaceutical company Amgen Ltd. The theoretical part describes the corporate culture in general terms, explained are the basic concepts and the main components of corporate culture. The corporate culture of the company is analysed in the practical part. Based on my own research are revealed errors in corporate culture, which contains recommendations for improving the existing corporate culture.
