Prevention of bournout syndrome within the facility of the Home with a special regime of Pržno

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je teoreticko-aplikační. Hlavním cílem práce je nalézt odpověď na to: "Jaké aktivity jsou sociálním pracovníkům Domova se zvláštním režimem Pržno poskytovány zaměstnavatelem na podporu prevence syndromu vyhoření?". Výstupem práce je zpracování návrhu pilotního metodického postupu. Teoretická část práce popisuje syndrom vyhoření, roli sociálního pracovníka v sociálních službách a zabývá se syndromem vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků. Aplikační část práce představuje Domov se zvláštním režimem Pržno a aktivity na podporu prevence syndromu vyhoření pro sociální pracovníky. Tato část obsahuje také návrh zpracování pilotního metodického postupu, ve kterém jsou zapracovány získané informace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is theoretical-application. The main goal of the thesis is to find an answer to: "What activities are provided to the social workers of the Home with a special regime Pržno by the employer to support the prevention of burnout?". The output of the thesis is the elaboration of a proposal for a pilot methodological procedure. The theoretical part of the thesis describes burnout syndrome, the role of the social worker in social services and deals with burnout syndrome in social workers. The application part of the work is home with a special regime Pržno and activities to support the prevention of burnout syndrome for social workers. This part also contains a proposal for the elaboration of a pilot methodological procedure in which the information obtained is incorporated.
