Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu důkazů a dokazování v trestním řízení. Objasňuje a popisuje důkazní prostředky a proces dokazování v trestním řízení z hlediska právní teorie.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of evidence and evidence in criminal proceedings. It clarifies and describes the means of evidence and the process of taking evidence in criminal proceedings from the point of view of legal theory.
