Abstract:
Cílem predkládané práce "Parazitní soutež ve francouzské a ceské právní úprave" je zkoumání nekalých a parazitních soutežních praktik používaných v hospodárské souteži jak prímými, tak i neprímými soutežiteli.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis: Parasitic Competition - Comparison of the Czech and French Legislation is to analyze some acts or practice carried out in the course of industrial or commercial activities contrary to honest practices constitutes an act of unfair competition, especially the parasitic competition.
