Assessment analysis of the professional competences of lecturers of the Andragogy study program at the University of Ostrava

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá profesními kompetencemi učitelů studijního programu Andragogika na Ostravské univerzitě a studenty subjektivně vnímanou kvalitu jejich výuky. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy, tzn. co je vzdělávání dospělých a čím se zabývá. Popisuje lektora a profesní kompetence, dále se věnuje kompetenčním modelům, kdy jeden z nich je použit pro samotný průzkum. Práce se věnuje kvalitě vzdělávání a evaluaci. V praktické části práce je proveden průzkum pomocí dotazníku, kde je využit kompetenční model dle Malacha. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jakou míru důležitosti přikládají studenti jednotlivým profesním kompetencím učitelů, jak tyto kompetence svých učitelů studijního programu Andragogika na Ostravské univerzitě hodnotí a zda vzdělávání považují za kvalitní.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the professional competences of the lecturers of the Adult Education study program at the University of Ostrava and the students' subjective perception of the quality of their teaching. The theoretical part of the work defines basic concepts, i.e. what is education of adults and what does it deal with. It describes the lecturer and his professional competences, and also deals with competence models, where one of them is used for the survey itself. The thesis is dedicated to the quality of education and evaluation. In the practical part of the work, a survey is carried out using a questionnaire, where the competence model according to Malach is used. The main goal of this thesis is to find out how much importance students attach to the individual professional competencies of lecturers, how they evaluate these competencies of their lecturers of the Adult Education study program at the University of Ostrava, and whether they consider the education to be of high quality.
