Possible forms of expansion of a selected Czech company on foreign markets

Abstract:

Dle zadání bakalářské práce je cílem analyzovat a vyhodnotit stávajících obchodní a investiční aktivity v zahraniční a navrhnout možnosti další expanze – zejména je třeba zvážit možná rizika vybraného cílového trhu a na základě jejich vyhodnocení zvolit vhodnou formu expanze. Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá možnostmi a formami expanze malého podniku na zahraniční trhy. Pro tuto bakalářskou práci jsem vybrala malý podnik bistro Polífka.cz v Českých Budějovicích, kde již dva roky pracuji jako manažerka. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je srovnání různých forem založení tohoto malého podniku na trh EU. V teoretické části se zaměřuji především na vysvětlení nejdůležitějších pojmů, jaké jsou formy vstupu na zahraniční trhy a možná rizika při vstupu. Charakteristiku společnosti, portfolio služeb a výrobků a analýzy popisuji v aplikační části mé bakalářské práci. Rovněž pracuji s možnými riziky při vstupu na německý trh. Současně uvádím návrh, jakým způsobem je možná expanze tohoto podniku a vyhodnocení analýz.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current business and investment activities abroad and to propose possibilities for further expansion - especially the possible risks of the selected target market should be considered and, on the basis of their evaluation, to choose a suitable form of expansion. This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities and forms of small business expansion to foreign markets. For this bachelor thesis I chose a small bistro Polífka.cz in České Budějovice where I have been working for two years as a manager. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare different forms of establishingf this small enterprise to the EU market. In the theoretical part, I focus mainly on explaining the most important concepts, which are the forms of entry foreign markets and possible risks during the entrance. In the application part of my bachelor thesis I describe the company's characteristics, portfolio of services and products and analyzes. I also work on the possible risks of entering the German market. At the same time, I present a proposal which way the expansion of this business is possible and the evaluation of the analyzes.
