Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem získávání a výběrem zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je zjistit jaké efektivní metody podnik využívá. Aby bylo možné naplnit cíl práce, byli se zaměstnanci podniku uskutečněny rozhovory, které sloužili jako vstup pro výzkum. Vybranou společností, kde se uskutečnil výzkum bylo Coffee City s.r.o. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company. The goal of the work is to find out what effective methods the company use.
