Freedom of Speech versus Hate Speech on the Internet
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce analyzuje problematiku nenávistných projevů na internetu z hlediska práva svobody slova. Vymezuje formy hlásání nenávisti na internetu a jejich vztah ke svobodě projevu v právním prostředí České republiky. Z důvodu internacionalizace internetu se zabývá přístupem k nenávistným projevům v kyberprostoru i na úrovni Evropy a USA.
Abstract:
This rigorous thesis analyses hate speech on the internet from the point of view freedom of speech. It focuses on legal environment in the Czech Republic and European organizations and the US as well, because of the internationalization of the internet.
