Analýza dotací a zvyšování cen včelařských potřeb ve vybraném období

Abstract:

Vzhledem ke své nezastupitelné úloze a přínosům je včelařství podporováno ve všech zemích EU. Včelaři v ČR mohou zažádat o finanční prostředky prostřednictvím národní dotace D.1., krajských dotací nebo včelařské eurodotace. Každá má svá specifika a pravidla. Tato práce si vzala za úkol sledovat vývoj těchto jednotlivých podpor a zjistit, jak silný vliv měla dotace D.1. a včelařská eurodotace na vývoj počtu včelstev a včelařů ČR za období let 2010 – 2020. Také je zvlášť sledován vliv jednotlivých opatření eurodotace. Mimo to byl také analyzován vývoj ceny vybraných včelařských produktů (nástavek k úlu, mezistěny) prodejny Šumavská včela se sídlem v Plzeňském kraji. Závislost výše dotací na počet včelstev byla zkoumána pomocí regresní a korelační analýzy. Z výsledků vyplývá, že dotace mají rostoucí trend. Byl také zjištěn silný vliv dotací na počty včelařů a jejich včelstev. Jsou tak efektivním nástrojem státu pro stabilizaci stavů včelstev. Dále bylo zjištěno, že cena námi vybraných včelařských potřeb má stoupající trend. Omezení výzkumu bakalářské práce může nabývat různých odchylek v závislosti na tom, že zde může figurovat mnoho jiných faktorů, které jsme nezahrnuli do výpočtů.

Abstract:

Due to its irreplaceable role and benefits, beekeeping is supported in all EU countries. Beekeepers in the Czech Republic can apply for funding through the national subsidy D.1., regional subsidies or the beekeeping European subsidy. Each has its own specificities and rules. This work has taken the task to follow the evolution of these different supports and to find out how strong the influence of the D.1. subsidy and the beekeeping European subsidy has been on the evolution of the number of bee colonies and beekeepers in the Czech Republic for the period 2010 - 2020. The impact of the individual measures of the European subsidy is also monitored separately. In addition, the development of the price of selected beekeeping products (hive attachments, intermediate screens) of the Šumavská včela shop located in the Pilsen Region was also analysed. The dependence of the amount of subsidies on the number of bee colonies was examined using regression and correlation analysis. The results show that the subsidies have an increasing trend. A strong influence of subsidies on the number of beekeepers and their colonies was also found. Thus, they are an effective tool of the state for stabilising bee colony numbers. It was also found that the price of the beekeeping supplies we selected has an upward trend. The limitations of the research of the Bachelor's thesis may take on various deviations depending on the fact that there may be many other factors that we have not included in the calculations.
