Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o základních parametrech mikrobiálních společenstev a jejich využití pro bioindikaci kvality a degradace půd. This thesis deals with the basic parameters of microbial communities and with their use in bioindication of soil quality and degradation. Among these are described microbial biomass, mineralization of carbon and nitrogen, growth of microorganisms, enzymatic activity and diversity of microorganisms.
