Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena v teoretické části na zpracování dostupné teorie k problematice nového nařízení GDPR a v praktické části na analýzu datového toku osobních údajů na příkladu společnosti Synthesia, a.s. v Pardubicích včetně návrhů opatření, aby byla firma v souladu s novým nařízením GDPR. Praktická část byla zpracována na základě studia formou literární rešerše, vlastním výzkumem a konzultacemi s odborníky firmy. K výzkumu byla využita interní data a dokumenty, která byla získána od společnosti Synthesia, a.s. a použita s jejich svolením včetně konzultací s odborníky společnosti. V práci byly porovnány standardy a doporučení z literární rešerše a aktuální stav firmy před tím než začne platit nařízení. Na základě analýzy společnosti byl v programu Enterprise Architect navržen model datového toku osobních údajů ve firmě. Tento model datového toku bude sloužit nejen zaměstnancům firmy, ale také možné kontrole ze strany kontrolního orgánu. Následně byla na základě vytvořeného datového toku navržena opatření, která pomohou společnosti k zajištění standardů GDPR. Mezi návrhy opatření byl zahrnut i vypracovaný vzor dopisu pro subjekt údajů v případě bezpečnostního incidentu úniku údajů. Dále byl vypracován vzor žádosti o uplatnění práva k osobním údajům. V závěru je uveden aktuální stav navržených opatření.

Abstract:

The theoretical part is in this diploma thesis focused on the processing of available theories on the issue of General Data Protection Regulation. The practical part is focused on the data flow analysis of personal data on the example of Synthesia Company in Pardubice, including proposals to comply with the new GDPR regulation. The practical part was prepared on the basis of studying a literary reviews, my own research and consultations with experts. Internal data and documents, which have been obtained from Synthesia Company and used with their kind permission, were used for my research. In addition, expert advices from Synthesia were used in this thesis. Standards and recommendations of literary research and the current state of the company before the regulation came into effect were compared. Based on company analysis, the personal data flow model was designed at the Enterprise Architect program. This data flow model will serve not only company employees but also for possible control from the supervisory body. Subsequently, measures have been proposed to help the company meet the GDPR standards. There is also drafted a template used in the event of a data security incident. In addition, an application template for the exercise of the right to personal data was drafted. Finally, the current state of the proposed measures is outlined.
