Waldorf teachers'education: requirements, needs, practise.

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je vzdělávání učitelů waldorfských škol: požadavky, potřeby, praxe. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na učitele a charakteristiku vzdělávání waldorfských učitelů a vysvětlení principů waldorfské pedagogiky. Empirická část je zaměřena na výzkum subjektivních názorů waldorfských učitelů na své vzdělávání a zjištění potřeb, které jsou vázány k jejich práci a vzdělávání. Výzkum je proveden kvalitativně prostřednictvím případové studie. Hlavní metodou sběru dat jsou rozhovory s waldorfskými učiteli.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is waldorf teachers' education: requirements, needs, practise. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part is focused on the teacher and characteristics of waldorf teachers' education and explanation of principles of the waldorf pedagogy. The empiric part is directed to the research of waldorf teachers´personal opinions about their education and detection of their needs, which are bounded to their work and education. The research is executed qualitatively of the case study. The main source of the collection of data are the dialogues of the waldorf teachers.
