The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of emerging and expanding automation and robotics in the IT field. It examines the impact on people in terms of unemployment, its application in the labor market, discusses the possibilities of leading people as a result of a changing environment, interprets automation and robotics as an opportunity and threat for the IT manager.
