Motivace a odměňování specifické kategorie pracovníků

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a odměňováním zaměstnanců v zábavním průmyslu. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojmy jako jsou pracovní motivace a odměňování, a to pouze v obecné rovině. Praktická část využívá SWOT analýzu a dotazníkové šetření pro získání odpovědí na položené otázky. K přesnějším výsledkům těchto metod přispívá i pozorování zaměstnanců v organizaci. Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees in the entertainment industry. The theoretical part of the work explains concepts such as work motivation and reward, but only in a general way.
