Řeka a město představují neodmyslitelné spojení dvou různorodých prvků, kdy jeden vznikl přírodními procesy a o druhý se zasloužila lidská populace. Města by měla plnit funkci být užitečná lidem, kteří v nich žijí, podporovat je v jejich aktivitách a respektovat různorodé požadavky na využívání veřejného prostranství. Both the river and the town are inseparable connections of two various elements, where one was created by natural processes and the second by human population. Towns should fulfil its function and be useful for people who live there, support their activities and respect various demands for using the public space.
