Abstract:

Bakala?r?ska? pra?ce se zaby?va? hodnoceni?m te?lesne?ho sloz?eni? a postura?lni? stability u silovy?ch sportovcu?. Te?lesne? sloz?eni? je me?r?eno pomoci? bioelektricke? impedanc?ni? analy?zy vahou Tanita MC-780 MA. Postura?lni? stabilita byla me?r?ena pomoci? testu? z klinicke?ho vys?etr?eni? staticke? postura?lni? stability, a take? byly pouz?ity testy v ra?mci dynamicke? posturografie. Pra?ce je rozde?lena na dve? c?a?sti, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoreticka? c?a?st je ve?nova?na te?lesne?mu sloz?eni? lidske?ho te?la, zejme?na je popsa?na charakteristika svalstva a jeho anatomie. Da?le je popsa?na postura?lni? stabilita, jeji? charakteristika a rozde?leni?, jaky?m zpu?sobem byla me?r?ena. Obsahuje take? popis principu bioelektricke? impedanc?ni? analy?zy. Nakonec je popsa?n silovy? tre?nink, jake? metody silove?ho tre?ninku existuji? a jeho periodizace. Prakticka? c?a?st obsahuje popis postupu bakala?r?ske? pra?ce, krite?ria vy?be?ru probandu?, metodika me?r?eni? te?lesne?ho sloz?eni? a testy pouz?ite? k vys?etr?eni? postura?lni? stability. Nakonec obsahuje tabulky s hodnoceni?m statisticky?ch velic?in.

Abstract:

The bachelor ?s thesis deals with the evaluation of body composition and postural stability of strenght athletes. Body composition is measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis with a Tanita MC-780 MA scale. Postural stability was measured using tests from a clinical examination of static postural stability, and dynamic posturography tests were also used. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the body composition of the human body, especially the characteristics of the muscle and it ?s anatomy are described. Furthermore, postural stability it ?s characteristics and the distribution of how it was measured are described. It also contains a description of the principe of bioelectrical impedance analysis. Finally strength training is described, what a methods of strength training exist and the periodization. The practical part contains a description of the bachelor ?s thesis, criteria for the selection of probands, methodology for measuring body composition and tests used to examine postural stability. Finally, it contains tables with the evaluation of statistical quantities.
