Abstract:
Práce pojednává o poznámkách jako o zápisech do katastru nemovitostí záznamem, zamýšlí se nad problematikou jednotlivých poznámek zapisovaných do katastru nemovitostí, zkoumá vliv těchto poznámek na právní volnost vlastníků a jiných oprávněných. Jsou zde vymezeny pojmy prostřednictvím konkrétních právních předpisů, které se zápisem poznámky souvisí.
Abstract:
My thesis discusses notices as entries in the cadastre of real estates. It also deals with the issues of particular notices recorded in the cadastre of real estates, and explores impact of these notices on legal freedom of proprietors and other entitled persons. It also defines terms by means of particular legal regulations which are related to a notation in the cadastre of real estates.
