Project to Improve the Propagation of Non-profit Organization Pečovatelská služba Kroměříž, o.p.s.

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zdokonalit marketingovou komunikaci neziskové organizace Pečovatelská služba Kroměříž, o.p.s., jež je součástí Sociálních služeb města Kroměříže. V teoretické části se na základě studia odborné literatury věnuji problematice neziskového sektoru, marketingovému mixu a marketingovým aktivitám, které jsou v tomto odvětví vhodné s ohledem na jeho způsob financování a poskytovaný produkt ve formě služby. V praktické části podrobně analyzuji současnou marketingovou strategii organizace pomocí vlastních poznatků získaných během působení v organizaci, dotazníkového šetření a SWOT analýzy. V souladu s těmito zjištěními navrhuji v poslední části práce projekt marketingové komunikace organizace, jenž je na závěr podroben časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

Abstract:

The target of this dissertation is to improve marketing communication of nonprofit institu-tion Pečovatelská služba Kroměříž, o.p.s., which comprises one part of the Social services of the Town Kroměříž. In theoretical part I deal on the basis of exploration of specialized literature with the issues of nonprofit sector, marketing mix and marketing activities, which are convenient in this branch regard to form of its financing and service as an offered product. In practical part I analyse in detail current marketing strategy of the institution using my own knowledge obtained during my work there, by questionnaire research and by analysis S.W.O.T. In the last part of the dissertation I suggest according to these findings the project of marketing communication of the institution. Finally this project is put to the analysis of time, costs and risk.
