Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje vlasům, jakožto alternativnímu zdroji starobylé DNA. Obsahuje informace o stavbě lidského vlasu a zabývá se problematikou studia historických vlasů. Dále práce pojednává o samotné analýze genetické informace z vlasu, jejích možnostech a omezeních daných množstvím a typem DNA, kterou lze z vlasu získat. Abstract:
In this thesis I investigate hair as an alternative source of ancient DNA. Included in the paper is information about the structure of human hair and about data which could be obtained while studying historical hair.
