Analýza hospodaření příspěvkové organizace

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pomocí finanční analýzy zhodnocuje finanční stav příspěvkové organizace Sportovní zařízení České Budějovice v letech 2014 - 2018. Cílem práce je pomocí horizontální a vertikální analýzy a za pomoci vhodně zvolených ukazatelů finanční analýzy vyhodnocení současného stavu hospodaření a vývoje organizace. V práci je provedena také technická finanční analýza, jejíž sestavení je založeno na matematických a statistických metodách. Je zjištěno, že organizace má velmi vysoký objem stálých aktiv na úkor oběžných a finanční prostředky jsou vázány v organizaci, což zatěžuje nakládání s nimi. Za celé období je ale sledován pokles v těchto aktivech, způsobených odpisy a likvidací majetku. Toto zjištění je způsobeno charakterem organizace a také tím, že smysl příspěvkové organizace není generace zisku, ale uspokojení potřeb veřejnosti. Při porovnání vstupného s ostatními okolními subjekty poskytujícími stejné či podobné služby dochází k závěru, že organizace by měla navýšit vstupné a snížit tím tak dosavadní dotaci od zřizovatele a celkově šetrněji využít finančních prostředků získaných z rozpočtů.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis by means of financial analysis evaluates the financial status of the allowance organization - Sports facility České Budějovice in the years 2014-2018. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of management and development of the organization using horizontal and vertical analysis and with the help of appropriately selected indicators of financial analysis. The work also includes a technical financial analysis, which is based on mathematical and statistical methods. It is found that the organization has a very high volume of fixed assets at the expense of current ones and the funds are tied in the organization, which makes difficult the handling of them. However, the decline in these assets caused by depreciation and liquidation of assets is monitored during the entire period. This finding is due to the character of the organization and also the fact that the meaning of the contributory organization is not in the generation of profit, but in satisfying the needs of the public. When comparing the admission fees with other surrounding entities providing the same or similar services, it is concluded that the organization should increase the admission fee and thus reduce the existing subsidy from the founder and thus more efficient use the funds obtained from the budgets.
