The satisfaction of employees with education in the concrete company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jak jsou zaměstnanci společnosti XY spokojeni s podnikovým vzděláváním. Teoretická část je pojata jako případová studie. V rámci této části jsem teoretické poznatky doplnila popisem fungování podnikového vzdělávání v organizaci XY. Informace o podnikovém vzdělávání jsem zjistila z interních dokumentů a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovnicí personálního oddělení. Pro zjištění spokojenosti jsem využila nástroj kvantitativní metody a to dotazníkové šetření. Po analýze dat jsem zjistila, že většina zaměstnanců je s podnikovým vzděláváním spokojena. Podobná spokojenost panuje i u dílčích oblastní podnikového vzdělávání. Na základě zjištěné spokojenosti jsou připojena doporučení pro zlepšení pro jednotlivé oblasti podnikového vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The goal of this diploma thesis is to find out what is the satisfaction of the employees with the education in a particular company XY. The theoretical part is conceived as a case study. In this part of thesis the theoretical knowledge is completed by description of the education system in the company. The information about education system in the company I found out from the internal documents and interviews with worker of HR department. I have used a tool of quantitative method which is the questionnaire. After analyzing the data, I found that the most of the employees are satisfied with the education in the company XY. There is a similar satisfaction with various aspects of the education in the company. Based on empirical findings are at the end of the thesis the recommendations for improvement for each area of education in company XY.
