Diplomová práce se zabývá zkušenostmi pracovníků s inkluzí seniorů s intelektuálním postižením v institucionální péči. Teoretická část pojednává nejprve o lidech s postižením ve vztahu ke společnosti, vymezuje pojem postižení obecně a dále se zabývá společenskými postoji, věnuje se též teoretickým konceptům stárnutí s intelektuálním postižením. This dissertation focuses on the experiences of social workers concerning the inclusion of seniors with intellectual deterioration in institutionalized care.
