Abstract:

Absolventská práce „Spolupráce asistenta pedagoga a učitele na 1. stupni základní školy z pohledu asistenta pedagoga“ se zabývá tématem spolupráce asistenta pedagoga a učitele na prvním stupni. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem tato spolupráce funguje na určené základní škole a zároveň, do jaké míry se tato praxe shoduje s odbornou literaturou. Teoretická část práce popisuje asistenta pedagoga a učitele. Dále vysvětluje odbornou kvalifikaci a osobnostní předpoklady daných osob, náplň práce a podmínky vzájemné spolupráce pedagogických pracovníků. Popisuje důležitost a způsob vypracování plánů pedagogické podpory pro žáky a jejich využívání v praxi. Konec teoretické části se zabývá vztahovým klimatem třídy, a také otázkou možnosti ovlivnění této problematiky asistentem pedagoga. Praktická část této práce se zaměřuje na analýzu odpovědí z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pedagogickými pracovníky

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Cooperation of teacher assistant and teacher at primary school from the perspective of teacher assistant" deals with the topic of the teacher assistant and the first grade teacher cooperation. The aim of this work finding the way this cooperation works at the particular elementary school, and so how much does this practice match with the specialised literature. The theoretical part describes the teacher assistant and the teacher. It also explains the professional qualifications and personality prerequisites of the persons mentioned, the work scope, and the pedagogical staff mutual cooperation conditions. It describes the importance and the way of pedagogical support plans working up for pupils and their use in practice. The end of the theoretical part deals with the relational climate of the classroom, and also with the question of the influencing possibility this issue by the teacher assistant. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the responses' analysis from semistructured interviews with pedagogical workers.
